SHIPPING IN ITALY

Shipping your product is our top priority and every day we ship hundreds of products to satisfied customers throughout Italy. Shipping of our products in Italy is FREE!

Delivery times for orders placed before 10:00: - All of Italy in 24 hours;

- Islands (Sicily and Sardinia) in 48 hours;

For orders placed after 10:00, shipping will leave the warehouse the following day.

Adventure Insoles does not ship to the smaller islands.

Specifically:

Processing time: as soon as we receive payment, your order goes directly to the warehouse for order verification, quality control and packaging. These operations can take up to one day (working days).

Shipping time: refers to the time needed to ship the items from our warehouse to the destination. For deliveries in Italy the maximum time is 24/48 hours (working days).

Tracking : As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that will allow you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time. Please note that although all our shipping companies provide tracking, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

Delivery: Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Customers are required to provide a valid and complete address and a mobile number where the delivery person can contact them to ensure a smooth delivery.

Cash on Delivery:

We offer the option of cash on delivery to make the purchase process more convenient for you. With cash on delivery, you can pay the amount of the order directly to the courier upon delivery in cash. Please have the exact amount ready to facilitate the transaction. There is a small additional charge for this service.

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, quality control and packaging which can take 1-2 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For deliveries WORLDWIDE the maximum time is 8-15 days.
