I am 36/38/40/42/44 and a half, what size should I take?
We always recommend taking a size up and then cutting the excess part from the tip of the insole. This way you will have an insole that fits your shoe perfectly!
With the height of the insole, will my shoes fit?
The AI-StepUp functional insole has a heel height of 1.5 cm. The single-density cell structure allows the insole to compress inside the shoe and then release energy during the step. It was our prerogative to make the insole perfect for any type of shoe, low or high !
